I would like a quote on completion of a survey to determine property boundaries at my property at 14 Bowen Street Balaclava. It’s a very small block. I’ve receive planning approval to build... I’ve receive planning approval to build an extension at the back of the property which at times runs along the boundary of the property. One side of the property already was built to the boundary and the building is partly demolished. I’m hoping this boundary is easy as hopefully the boundary runs from the corner of the existing property to the corner of the back fence. The other side is not currently built on. The neighbours are also going through planning and will build to the boundary also and have a brick fence running down the boundary to the back of my property. This is the boundary I’m most concerned about. For this boundary I would like to share the cost with the neighbour, so in your proposal if you could show the split between cost of both boundaries that would be great as I can split the cost of the one boundary.
