Tiles broken by shower and water seeping to floor and adjoining wall. Need replacing. Grout in shocking condition all over and not sure best way to continue eg. Re-tile whole thing? What needs doing is for the floor tiles to be completed, and for a couple of the tiles to be pulled up and redone . Also there is no fall in the shower area and we think those tiles will need to be pulled up and a new floor laid etc. We also believe the shower area was not fully waterproofed so that can be done at the same time.
