I need a cistern only installed in a flat ( footscray west)\. The toilet and existing cisternis working fine - the current cistern is just a little old so I want to replace.

The leak is a minor spray coming form under a black hood cover that fits over the top of the tower pipe that has the float rod connected to it. On taking off the black hood, I have broken off one of the white plastic lugs that holds the cover onto the tower pipe.
I have turned the water off to prevent any further loss of water.

The toilet is leaking dirty water around the bottom on the floor. I've had to leave a towel on the floor to stop too much leakage, it's our only toilet so need it fixed ASAP!!.

Toilet autofil cistern is not coming to a full stop, keeps going at a very slow rate. Assume it may be the seals on the device which allows the wayer into the cistern but am not 100% sure.

One toilet is "over running" when filling the cistern. The other two may be leaking - would like this checked. Please have a good knowledge of Porcher toilets as I have had a couple of "duds" in the past which was a costly mistake which I think made the situation worse!.

Rubber seal at rear of toilet requires fixing. Hot water system adjustment
Rubber seal at rear of toilet requires fixing. Current rubber seal has deteriorated so that when the toilet is flushed water spurts out of cracks in the seal (under pressure).
Hot water system and connection to plumbing may need adjustment - supply of hot water to the shower from the hot water system is inconsistent - I don't believe that this is an issue with the system rather that pipes leading to it.
