Water leak in wall/floor space in ground floor formal lounge area. Appears to be located near pipes in wet bar area that have yet to have taps installed. Dampness has seeped through wall to area under stairwell. Have inspected under house and under floor area is wet/dripping, with damp area on ground. House is 2 story, on stumps.
Plumber must have water detector device as indicated by insurance company.
