We renovated our house a few months ago. The floor plan was altered that changed the room layouts. Hence, I require 3 points moved from the old location to the new ones.
The ducts from the ducted heating are under the house. Two ducts are just below the new points and they can be easily installed by from within the room. Another point needs to be moved slightly and that may require some under the house work.
Also if budget permits I would like all the ducts from the heating system cleaned if required.

The main water supply pipe between the meter and the house has sprung a leek.
The mains are currently turned off.
The existing pipe is an old galvanized pipe leading from the mains supply to the house, approx. Ten meters.
By the looks of it the whole pipe may need replacing.
