Clear dishwasher drain hose

I have an italian dishwasher of no brand that is not fully draining water after each cycle. I believe that the drain hose is partially blocked. The drain pump is still working and some water is being drained - just not all.
I am unable to clear the drain myself because I can't remove the drain hose from its connection to the main drain pipe underneath the sink.
