We are renovating and Edwardian house and need some help finishing off some painting work. There are two casement windows to be painted (one coat outside and all painting on the inside), some patch up painting around where the new windows have gone in, metal bars, a metal security door and some glass/timber wooden doors. Carpets to be remove for new carpets or floorboards once the painting is finished.
The only area of the flooring which will be untouched are the tiles area such as the new kitchen, dining areas, laundry, bathrooms and toilets.
Also, can you please add an option in the quotation of painting the wooden ceiling
With a clear gloss paint or something similar.
This job should be starting on the last week of Feb 2010.
