Reposition balcony steps

I have a wooden decking balcony that is 6 metres wide. It has wooden steps that come off the front of the balcony and go at a virtual 45 degree angle down to the ground. There are 11 steps to the ground. The problem is that the handrail to the steps and the steps obstruct my view more than I would like. I want the steps removed from the front and placed on the side. Essentially removing the steps and splitting them in two so they come off the LHS down paralell to the front of the balcony by about 6 steps and then turn 90 degress to step down the remaining 5 steps forward. The original balcony has sufficient supports to remove the stairs and landing that protrudes from the main balcony facia. About 1m square, This 1m square landing can be removed and replaced in the new stairs coming off the side. I suspect most materials that are there would be able to be used as the balcony is only a few years old. I suspect this would be mostly a labour job and would welcome a quote.
