Completion of a job involving cutting and laying of concrete pavers

Concrete Pavers- job requiring completion- Eastern suburbs location.
We have a rear courtyard that has been paved with 500mm cement based pavers over a concrete base but due to other work commitments the job has not been finished. Essentially this job had been delayed as other landscaping work at the property was necessary to be completed first. We are now in a position to finish the remaining paving.
The work that we require to be done is as follows:
- Removal of a few damaged pavers.
- Finish remaining paving and laying of bull noses to the top of two landings, total
paved area less than 8 square meters.
- Clean and prepare paved area and grout. Total paved area around 80 square
meters.
- Finally clean the entire paved area.
We are seeking the services of a paver layer who is quality conscious and has the experience and ability to complete this work and match up to the quality of the existing paving.
The contractor needs to have a wet cutting saw and is to provide the sand/white cement for grouting. The pavers required are stored on the property.
With approval of the contractor we would like to inspect the quality of his work from other jobs in the first instance.

Repave an existing terrace, add a gutter, and pave a dirt path

The current terrace is 8m * 3m and turns into a puddle in heavy rain. I want a gutter added, and then the terrace repaved (with the existing pavers) so that it drains into the gutter.
The terrace is reached by a 10m * 1m dirt path and i want that paved (with new pavers) and guttered too.
This isn't urgent, so it doesn't need to be done straight away, but it would be good if it could be done before we get too close to the winter rains.
