Shower door does not close as seal at the bottom of the door has come off

Shower screen door does not close as the seal at the bottom of the door has slighly come off. It looks like the seal has to be replaced so that the glass is fully inserted into the new seal, so that the door shuts properly.

I have a shower screen which has lost its rollers. There is nothing wrong with the screen itself and I would like to keep it, I simply need repair of the rollers so that the doors can open easily. I have a 3 panel glass shower door. The first panel is cracked and the glass needs to be replaced. The panel frame is in good health but the glass needs to be changed. I dont care what type of glass, there is no wire in the glass and i dont care what it is replaced with as long as it keeps water in the shower!.
