Remove and possibily refit and level a showerbase and reseal the based and surrounding area in the bathroom in our pool room. Replacing some of the wood and repainting with bathroom paint of surrounding enclosure will also be required.
In addition we also require a someone repaint a small laundry and storage room. The laundry is 1.6 m x 2.1. The adjacent storage area is 1.6 x 3.2m and only the roof needs to be painted.
