The base and surrounding tiling worn away and causing leakage to floor below. insurance company advised we are to replace base and ourselves and they will fix leaks from underneath. need someone to replace base and then with seal ensure side walls and base in water tight. i dont want quotations for a new fit out etc etc only base and seal. this is an investment home with tenants living there. The house will be demolished in 3 years. Need only a functional job completed and will say no to outrageous quotes immediately. look forward to input.
