1950s state housing 2-bedroom 90 sq cottage, with sleepover converted in 3rd bedroom & a 1970s skillion roof extension at back. Original had 8 GPOs, 9 lights, 2 exhaust fans, stove & bore. Extension has lights, 2 GPOs and wall air/con. More recent wiring includes a Solar HWS, GPO, Evap Air/Con. Quoted so far at above $6,000. Would like extra GPOs & smoke alarms etc but at this price! Can anyone do better, or am I dreaming?.

4 bedroom brick house. Recently had new switchboard and RCDs installed. However there are continuing issues with electrical circuits tripping, mainly on lighting circuits. Rewiring of some circuits in the house is probably required.
