I have a power pole right in front of my block. Not sure if I should go underground power or overhead power which would be the preferable option but I would then have to hire a powerpole which I think is a waste of money.

Two outdoor lights situated on each side of the gargage.
One outdoor light situated at front door.
Two lights bathroom plus Three above mirror lights in bathroom/ensuite.
One Kitchen Light.
One Dining Room Light.
Down lights in kitchen also need to be inspected as they seem to work and then not work so something is wrong with them.
