Weather board house needs timber facia board replaced along roof edge.

The facia just sits under the edge of roof tiles therefore it will require some cement or mortar, I think it's called pointing. There is also some timber which has started to rot at the edge of a portal or entrance to my house which also needs replacing.
All new timber will need to be painted with weatherproof paint before it is fixed into place which will therefore stop rotting from the inside out.

3 Jobs - 1 Reverse door, 2 Secure floor sheeting, 3 Take up skirting boards

Job 1
There is an exterior door which needs to have the opening reversed. This will require the door being shortened from both top and bottom to accommodate the new opening. The existing door frame will need to be adjusted as well.
Job 2
In an upstairs area, the floor sheeting needs to be secured to the joists. Get rid of the squeaks! The carpet will need to be rolled back, I have someone to repair the carpet afterward.
Job 3
There is a new bamboo floating floor to be installed down stairs, this requires the skirting to be removed prior to the installation, and returned/replaced after the installation. The area is to be repainted so post installation.
I require completion of these jobs by the 22nd March 2010 - installation date for the bamboo floors, have the skirting returned/replaced on the 25th March. Would prefer all jobs undertaken at one time to accommodate the other trades working on the project.

2. Remove front awning (tiled roof) and install fascia on front of house (7.2m - approx 1.5m from house). The awning is nailed onto the house rafters and should remove cleanly.

Bearers and joists need replacing approx 55m2

The bearers and joists need replacing on the bottom level rooms (2) in a split level house approx 55m2.We have been told that the wood is damaged and rotted but there is no signs of termites so the posts should be fine. We plan to remove the carpet and floorboards ourselves and have the bearers/ joists replaced and floorboards relayed by a professional. The room has plenty of access to the backyard via 3 large sliding doors and there is power in each room.
