The width of the ladder is wider than the joists, so one joist needs to be cut, the two ends inserted at the right length for the ladder opening, and the side at the correct width for the ladder width. Will be removing internal walls ourselves so very keen to get this started and will need some advice on if these internal walls are load bearing or need any further bracing of which will require your workmanship.
In total, 3 walls coming down. (2 of which we are hoping to remove ourselves). All electrical work is being taken care of by an electrician.
2 x 600 walls to be erected in kitchen. All areas where walls are coming down will need plasterer to patch up.
Rearranging laundry area so may need built in cupboard and relocation of door (i.e. Keep existing door put in new door frame).
