Single Carport needs converting into garage by enclosing some of the walls

Currently we have a single carport that shares the same roofline with the house (weatherboard). We require the carport to be turned into a garage with the same weatherboard finish.
Front and rear of carport will have garage doors installed, therefore I only require 2 sides to be turned into a wall.
It would obviously require some small amount of electrical (& maybe plumbing for drainage) work. I would be happy to source these contractors myself if required.
I would also require an internal wall solution. Ie. Perhaps plaster walls or just simply blueboard?? Your thoughts would be appreciated when you visit the site.
