Supply install new fascia approximate 300mm x 30mm x 15meters long to match existing and sections of flashing on a flat roof house with boxed gutters.
Working height 2700 above ground, the site provides good access for ladders or scaffold.
Fascia to match existing material, primed inside, exterior and end grain where new joins existing.
Provide vertical bevel joints or horizontally angled between existing and new fascia. Support bracing to be installed on the inside of each joint where new joins existing.
PROJECT SCOPE - 1
1. Replace all 8meters of fascia on front, north side of house
2. Replace approximately 3meters of fascia on driveway, east side – Contractor to confirm length
3. Replace approximately 4meters of fascia on west side – Contractor to confirm length
4. Replace broken section of soffit lining on driveway side
5. Supply install new flashing on street side, increase flashing width to cover two ribs of Cliplock. Existing flashing provides insufficient cover.
6. Supply install new cover “U” cap section of flashing over the top of new fascia and existing boxed gutter
7. Schedule with regulators or authorities for power and phone disconnection and reconnection. Optus and Austar are not required by the owner. Confirm and agree cost of this section with owner
PROJECT SCOPE - 2
Provide a schedule of rates based on a per meter basis or cost estimate for additional fascia replacement on other sections as discussed with owner.
