Replacement of kitchen sink countertop board

I need to replace the board (?mdf board) at the under surface of a granite sink countertop in the kitchen. Water drips under the sink through the sink lip and damaged this board, hence sink clips can't be fitted well on to this board ie sink lip is not sealed well. A couple of sink clips damaged too. The stainless steel sink (size 120x50cm) installed on a granite countertop of 137x60cm.

Building a circus drum

Square pedestal, of 3/4" exterior grade plywood and treated timeber posts.
Dimensions: 36" x 36" square top, 12" in height.
Timber top then needs 1/2" thick rubber matting for grip.
Couple coats of oil based enamel paint would be nice too.
