2. Patio - Removal of old colourbond roof & timber frame patio (approx 6.6m W x 2.2m D). Supply & installation of colourbond & steel (approx 7m W x 4.2m D) patio, including downpipes to mains drain. Job will require one pole to be cemented into the earth, with the remaining poles bolted into the cement patio area. Removal of rubbish. Warranty.
3. Plans as required for council approval.
Note: a budget is in place for this job & commencent will occur once council approvals have been obtained. Ideally timing will be within the next 2 months (subject to council approvals).
