Eurolec upright oven door is unhinged

The oven door was tugged upwardly, assuming it was a removable door. Heard a click! The right hand side has become unhinged and the lower catch on right hand side will not return. It keeps falling back inside when I try to get it back in place.Door now not closing lefthand side intact.

Modern Maid Regent 750 oven needs new thermostat, new oven light cover

This is an old oven and just needs some tlc. Its still in daily use, but difficult to control oven temperature - so I figure the thermostat is probably dodgy and needs replacement.
Also need a new glass cover for the light in the oven as I broke the old one while cleaning the oven the other day.
And while someone is here if they could give the whole thing a bit of a look over to see if there is anything else that we should be fixing with it in terms of safety/function etc. Its an oldie but seems to have plenty of useful working life left in it from what I can see.

Regency gas oven not igniting (no spark switch free spinning)

Oven switch is not functioning properly. Igniter does not spark nor is there a sound of gas being released. The grill however is working. Oven knob seems not to lock when first depressed to ignite oven.

Gas burners on stovetop not staying lit

We have a Technika GHE09TP gas stove/electric oven combo. 2 of the 5 gas burners on the stove will not stay lit after lighting. All the burners can be ignited via the push-in piezo-electric starters but 2 go out when the button is released. St George Gas Oven won't light. I can hear the gas but it is not lighting.
