I have a Stadt J90 Approx 10+ yrs old Im assuming needs a new gas valve. Plus needs a service.
I follow the instructions on the heater, but the pilot will not light. Instructions lay out I must switch the house termostat to under room temperature, then turn the power to the machine off, then place knob to pilot and press, light up with a match, then wait with pilot on for 30 seconds. Though no gas seems to come out of the pilot and it does not ignite. Gas mains to heater is on and I cannot seem to get it to work and am sure it needs a new valve /on off pilot. Conection
I would prefer to fix it rather than a new system if it does not cost me too much.

Basically, I believe the unit is out of gas, though I could be wrong. I’ll give you a typical rundown on what occurs:
1) Turn on the air conditioner
2) It starts blowing room temperature air, despite being set lower than room temperature
3) After about 5-10 minutes of operation, it turns off and displays a flashing power light
4) It *may* turn back on and continue for another 5 minutes once or twice, but ultimately
5) Turns itself off permanently with a green flashing powerlight.

Our Mitsubishi Air Conditioner iced up inside the unit. We have turned it off and thawed it out. Good out Google suggests it needs re-gassing. Need someone URGENTLY.

The air con doesnt blow much air at all it is just like a fan blowing on a low speed. Is it possible the top motor is blown. Ducts are on the roof.

Heat is not coming through the vents. We had a Brivis technician inspect the heating unit and he has advised that it is working correctly but the heat is not making its way into the house. He advised that it appears that there is damage or a blockage in one of the ducts.
