Repair staircase on exteria of building in an old terrance building 3levels

Rental building - from hocking stuart, they have requested that we get a quote to commence work to repair the exteria stairs on their building at 296 russell street melbourne 3000.
at the moment the property houses a melbourne attraction and the stairs are used only by employees but we have noticed some movement and rotting of stairs which have prometed this job.
we need someone to assess what is needed anmd provide a quote so that the works can be complete. We will need approcal from the realestate before moving forward with this job.
stairs are on the outside of the building and run over three levels - we believe on the top level has rotting and movement but we would like the stairs assessed.
site inspection would be required.
