Cut brickwork for three new windows
(owner to supply new windows)

Gas pipe for gas heater will need to be capped off, asbestos flu has been removed
3 x stud internal walls built
(owner will remove old walls once new once built)
New kitchen wall requires gas moved to enable owner to reuse existing kitchen oven until new kitchen built
Install 3 structural beams as per engineering
Inspect current bathroom/laundry wall for structural suitability
Change opening direction of back door
Inspect pad size and adjust to engineering specifications if required.
