Prep and paint exterior 36 sqm home. Flat roof house 1970's with boxed gutters & large floor to ceiling wooden windows (cover majority of eastern side).
Heat gun strip windows, prime & top coat.
Prep & paint previously painted brickwork.
Working height 2700 above ground, the site provides good access for ladders or scaffold.
Contractor to confirm total area.
Happy to break-up job to be completed over longer period of time (especially if it will make a difference to cost being on "stand-by").
