DLP Rear Projection Repairs

I have a 61" Samsund DLP Rear Projection TV which is displaying a shadown down the left hand side of the screen. The shadow is around 12" wide and although I can still see the picture through the shadow it is quite annoying. I have done some research on the problem and the overwhelming advice is that there is a problem with loose mirrors in the light tunnel. I have purchased a new bulb which did not fix the problem.
