Direct grey water from our bathrooms and laundry onto our garden

I live in a victorian terrace house since the all waste pipes all run into the light well i think the grey water collection unit would need to be located in the light well.
There is a relatively recent rear extension to my house (sun room) approximately 4 meters high blocking off the light well which means the pipes carrying the grey water from the collection unit to the rear garden would need to be pumped some 4 meters up over the roof, across the erear extension roof back down and to the garden beds. I envisage this would require approximately 40 meters of pipe to do this.
I would like the work to be done in accordance with the requirements of the victorian governments homes rebate system.
