Blocked drains - need electric eel

Plumbing & Gasfitting > Drains (Blocked)

All of the kitchen and bathroom appliances (sinks, toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, shower) are draining very slowly or if there is too much water they overflow out of a floor drain in the bathroom.
I have tried draino, mo-flo (sulphuric acid) and rootblock to clear the blockage but it has not improved. Could someone with an electric eal please contact me to unblock the drains.
Our house has a reflux valve is this of any importance?
