Adjust TV arial to get better SBS and ABC2

(Category probably wrong - couldn't find a more appropriate one!) We have a digital TV with a built-in set-top-box, and our reception is great for most channels, but SBS and ABC2 occassionally break up and go all pixelated. I don't know if the problem is fixable or not ... Perhaps our location means we can't get good SBS/ABC2? If it is fixable, we'd love someone to come and adjust our attenna (or whatever else is required to fix it). Thanks!!.
