We are seeking formal building quotes to demolish part of an existing townhouse and build a 2 story extension to lockup. We already have the council planning permit, working drawings, soil tests and just need to contract a builder to do the work. Building to lockup only, including slab & footings, all structural, plumbing & elect roughin, plastering & insultion. Excluding all painting, tiling, joinery, floor coverings. Looking to start asap once we have found the right builder.
