Panel Beating and Full Respray

I have a 2002 VU Holden SS Ute - current colour is Red Hot.
There is a small dent in the rear left panel just above the rear left wheel flare from a vehicle reversing into me. There are also minor dents from other vehicles doors on the body, I would say 5 at the most. There is also a small dent in the rear of the vehicle just below the tail gate on the right side, which is barely visible.
I am looking at respraying the vehicle in a dark grey colour, I have in mind the current VE colour Evoke Metallic which is a dark charcoal. That is first preference or another dark grey / gun metal colour.
I am able to takethe car to Darwin or Alice Springs, or possibly Mt Isa QLD for the work to be done.
