In the front room of our house, water leaks onto the ceiling next to one wall after heavy rain. The roof is tin and an obvious source of the leak is not visible. Several meters of guttering also need to be replaced. I would like these issues to be inspected and subsequently receive written quotes if possible.

Skylight leakage on roof x 3 units, & trim replacing on the facia of buildi
I need repairs/sealing to 3 x Sky light fittings, on roof over toilets, to prevent leekage that I am experiencing when raining. Also if possible a quote for the replacement of trimmings located on the facia of the building both front and back that have eroded due to not being treated wood. The property is located in Holland Park, Qld 4121 and is a 2 story hig, 6 unit brick block.

Roof leaks with strong wind and rain. 2 other people have looked and claimed it was the barge capping and that it did not have silicon in it. It now has sicaflex(however it is spelt) and the leak is persisting. Insurance took the advice of these 2 people and said lack of maintenance (so basically too bad so sad) and we are left with the repair, which we did according to the 2 people and obviously this is not where the leak was coming from. Please help.

Block of 4 units in st lucia, flat roof, no obvious man hole for entry. Water leaks into unit 4 above window during heavy rain. Paint peeling along all of the front soffitt.

We have a leak in our roof in one of the living areas. It only leaks during very heavy rain. The house is in the middle of renovations and is a post ware home with the verandahs closed in. The roof over one of the closed in verandahs is where the leak is located.

We have a metal roof - guttering one one side needs replacing and metal roof has some rust near screw holes. We have been quoted to replace the entire roof but at this time are only looking to replace the guttering and see if the roof can be repaired.
