Hi, I would like to fix the bathroom fan and install a light over my kitchen sink, on a high ceiling. I'm looking for a licensed electrician for these jobs. I also have a possible faulty switch in the bedroom that may need repair. Thanks.

Bathroom downlight is broken - bulb flickers in the socket, sometimes doesn't come on at all. Was "fixed" ~6 months ago, and has happened again, so I am thinking maybe it should be replaced. The house is on the market, so if possible I'd like to get it done this week before the Saturday inspection.

The treadmill we have been given speeds up and slows down. Usually after running for about 5 mins. The treadmill is a Proform 585TL. I would like to get it fixed asap so we can use it.

My electric stove heats up really rapidly and does not seem to be able to cool down unless I turn off the switch on the main powerboard in my house. The knobs that controls the heat does not seem to work at all obvioulsy since the hot plate of the elective stoves just heats up automacitaly when the primiary control on the main powerboeard is turneed off…. The stove is build into the kitchen cabinet and there is NO oven. I would say the stove is definitely over 5 years old now. Please help.

Whirlpool fridge has stopped functioning. Freezer seems to be working fine, but the fridge is not. An LED is flashing to indicate that the door is opened, but it's not open. I have tried turning it off completely and back on, but that only solves the problem for a short time, before the alarm goes off saying the door is not closed. It's only a few years old.

Central Heating Unit was replaced approximately 12 months ago and was patched up by a plumber as the power cable was not long enough to reach the control console.
This is what we believe to be the cause of our power black outs because we have not experienced any since its disconnection from the mains.
Therefore, we would like this to be repaired as soon as possible within a reasonable cost.
