4 downlights with possible bad t'formers, 3 dbl p.point's to add + either alter a dbl to triple or add an extra dbl. IXL Tastic globe, on and off...mostly off. Wanting a quote for possibly altering downlights into dimmers. We also get a lot of blown globes, wondering if things need to be checked?.

We are a retail shop in Chadstone Shopping Centre. On our ceiling we have high intensity globes, and fluro tubes along our walls. They need to be replaced as they have burnt out. Also a switch on our switchboard has broken. Seems the safety switch wont kick over.

Electrician for general wiring following renovations

Install Power point in Roof space for previously installed roof space vent fan. Remove existing remote control unit from ceiling fan/light and replace with wall switches.
Install remote control unit and new ceiling fan/light in sunroom. (Backing timber already in place for fan mount). Wire new fan back to existing wall/isolation switch. Wire up 4 x Down lights in Dining room in place of 2 x older style down lights (4 x light fittings already in place).
Install powder room vent fan in wall and wire to 2 x wall switch. Install central light in power room and wire to 2 x wall switch. Wire up 6 x down lights in sunroom (Wire back to 3 x wall switch) - light fittings already in place. Replace 3 x older style power points in sunroom. Connect above sunroom disconnected lighting wiring circuit back to house lighting circuit. Run wire from switchboard for future under beach oven isolation switch. (Oven to be installed later).
