Wish to put in shower bath in place of old bath, relocate vanity( a new one)where current shower is and possibly add toilet into bathroom- where current vanity is. Addition of toilet will allow "closing off" of toilet's 2nd entrance door( is currently 2-way). Also new tiles for floor and walls. Open to advice on layout etc.

Kitchen renovation now 3.2mx3.1m want 6.4mx3.1m

We would like to renovate a kitchen on a property which we are hoping to buy.
The kitchen currently measures 3.2m x 3.1m. We would like to knock out a dividing wall, and double the kitchen size to end up at 6.4m x 3.1m.
We would like to gut the existing kitchen and replace the whole thing with new appliances, new tiling, new workbenches, overhead cupboards, under cupboard lighting, floor covering and ceiling lighting. There is an ikea kitchen design which we may like to pursue however have no idea where to start in terms of measuring up the kitchen and ordering the correct elements.
We would probably like to re-site the oven from it's current location and also the hot plates. We envisage leaving the sink where it is, and therefore not needing to re-site the plumbing.
There are also some other small jobs throughout the house which we would like to get quotes for. These include walls which need removing - approximately 4 in total - and the removing of an old indoor spa and making good the floor beneath.
