Backyard landscape design. Block is on slope. Need suggestions and quote to do the following. 1. Remove top layer of gravel which is currently in backyard. 2. Remove around 40cm of topsoil in the back to get it same level as front. 2. Grade soil appropriately for drainage purposes (away from house). 3. Install drain pipe and connect to water drain. 3. Pave or deck the back (will decide after our discussions) 4. Perhaps replace pergola Backyard has tight access (around 1.5 meters at the narrowest part). Lots of soil to remove and a small dingo is necessary. I'd like to keep the stone wall retaining wall that is in place.... The site is over an easement so i need to get approval for any works before starting but it shouldn't be a problem as there are no pipes underneath.
