Gas ducted heating system requires servicing. It blows out cold air instead of hot. The only way the system can be shut off is by turning the power off at the mains, it will not turn off at the interior panel.

We have a Honeywell Chronotherm IV Plus heating and cooling unit. The heating works fine, but the cooling doesn't work. We've done some testing over the phone with Honeywell, and could force the airconditioning on in the test settings but not in the live settings. They have recommended a service and probable replacement of the thermostat.
