We need to solve two water penetration problems in a two-story external wall that is cavity brick at the upper level, but solid double brick (no cavity) at the lower level–where both problems occur. 1. One problem arises from soil placed against the lower story wall. Moisture appears on the internal face of this section of the wall after heavy rainfall. I'm hoping that its solution will be straightforward. 2. The other problem is the opposite of rising damp, namely water seeping down the upper story wall into the internal wall at the lower level. I'm hoping that the solution might be a damp course inserted across the external wall between the two levels. This would act in the opposite direction to a conventional damp course, preventing moisture from seeping down from the external upper wall into the internal lower wall.

 All required valves and drains to hot water unit.
 All required pressure limiting valves and dual check valves to appliances.
 Supply and install one (1) off Thermostatic mixing valve to disabled bathroom.
 Fit off disabled bathroom to AS3500 standards.
 Fit off and commission gas appliances.
 Run all required wastes to tundishes.
Install only (Items listed supplied):
 One (1) off cleaners sink to kitchen.
 One (1) off tap ware to cleaners sink.
 One (1) off spray rinse tap to kitchen.
 One (1) off sink mixer tap to kitchen.
 One (1) off hand wash basin to service area.
Inclusions
 All pipe, valves and associated materials to complete the plumbing and gas
 system to AS3500 and AG601 standards.
 Provide all certificates and warranty documents.
 Slab x-ray/penetration services.
 HWS and tray.
 Tap ware and PC items specified above
Trade Waste / House Drainage Works
1. Supply and install the following:
House drainage/water service
 Meet with ceiling contractor to install access to ceilings of rooms/offices below.
 X-ray slab to check for power and stress cables.
 Diamond core drill slab with allowance for 200mm concrete thickness.
 Connect to existing trade waste drainage below tenancy.
 Core drill holes to all block walls in rooms/offices below.
 Run new trade waste drainage with provision for:
2 off Basins.
2 off Sinks.
1 off Cleaners sink.
1 off Dishwasher.
1 off Coffee machine.
1 off Combi oven.
1 off Hot water system.
3 off Floor wastes.
2 off Tundish waste points.
2 off Vent pipes.
Supply and install 3off bucket traps.
 Connect to existing house drainage below tenancy.
 Run new house drainage with provision for:
1off Basin.
1 off Toilet suite.
1 off Floor waste.
1 off Vent.
Supply and install 1off chrome floor waste grate.
 Install fire collars to all slab penetrations.
Inclusions
 All pipe, valves and associated materials to complete the plumbing and gas system to
AS3500 and AG601 standards.
 Provide all certificates and warranty documents.
 Slab x-ray/penetration services.
Plaster Works
2. Supply and install the following:
 Twelve (12) only new ceiling access panels fitted to existing office ceilings as
Required for under slab drainage access consisting of non rated style, allen key
Lockable with flanged edge.
Painting Works
3. Supply and install the following:
 Paint new ceiling access panels as required.

We need a tap fitting installed to our fridge space to accomodate a fridge with filtered water and ice maker. The water pipes are in the ceiling. We have already had a plumber out who couldn't do the job as he didn't have the right crimping tool for the job. Apparently, they are Iplex pipes and you need a K2 crimping tool. There is good access in the roof space of this single story 3yr old home. We need the work done either on Saturday 4 September or Monday 6 September before the fridge arrives.

I would like to have some roof gutters cleaned on the roof of a two storey house. There seems to be some moss or something growing in the gutters on one side of the house - it may be as easy as just cleaning these out, however i would like someone to check. - My sewerage pipes are blocked. - when the toilet is flushed it spills from the trap - I've tried using a hired electric sewer snake with no success - I tried using all the sewer snake's opening and cutting attachments but cannot get past the blockages in both lines, (toilet pipe and trap) - On retrieving the snake I found roots attached to the cutting bit but cannot get through the blockage - Property is currently being renovated.
