The terracotta drainpipes along garage about 10 meteres have broken loose and away from the downpipes. Rain has caused soil subsidence and needs reinstatement and new conduits.

Bath/shower water (shower is over bath) is draining very slowly - so there's a huge build up during a shower, which then drains very slowly. Have tried draino which didn't work.

- My sewerage pipes are blocked. - when the toilet is flushed it spills from the trap - I've tried using a hired electric sewer snake with no success - I tried using all the sewer snake's opening and cutting attachments but cannot get past the blockages in both lines, (toilet pipe and trap) - On retrieving the snake I found roots attached to the cutting bit but cannot get through the blockage - Property is currently being renovated.

Septic tank exit pipe partially cleared. Needs camera to fully clear 8m.
The septic tank recently overflowed. Had tank drained. Plumber called out and partially cleared. Now flowing but needs to be fully cleared. Suggested camera to assist. All up the pipe is approx 8m long.

Old storm water drain to rear of property is blocked and needs to be cleared using high pressure jets, not boring machine. Renovation of an existing home. Drain is accessible from surface, good access from rear garage, but is old (ie probably terracotta or similar). Already tried with hose with limited success, plumber has suggested I need high pressure jet system to clear.

Sewer pipe is blocked at our kitchen sink. The pipes are around 40 years old so we assume they are earthernware which have been invaded by roots. Pipes have been blocked in various places (laundry, bathroom) before and have been cleaned out using a 'snake. Would like quote to replace pipes.

Drain blockages in multiple areas of the house, bathrooms and toilets.
One of the kitchen drains is draining very slowly. All bathroom basins are also draining slowly. The spa is making a gurgling noise and water comes up in the main shower when a tap is turned on at the other end of the house.
My husband noticed that the outdoor drain at the end of the house where the kitchen sink is blocked has water visible in the pipe.
One toilet is blocked, other 2 are OK.

Blocked drain in shower, tried draino a number of times which did not work, blockage appears to be deep. I am in an apartment building.
Also water temperature fluctuates significantly, seems to be related to the rate of flow, same problem at all outlets.
