I have a 6m X 3m stratco patio flat roof that needs installing. Back of the roof attaches to the house via a back channel. I would have done this myself however I am unable to remove the roof tiles to fit the rafter brackets. I am looking for quotes for complete roof instalation and the cost for installing the back channel only. I have the roof ready to go plus rafter brackets from stratco.

Overtime front deck level has fallen with some landslip say 30mm and existing stirrups need to replaced and reset in new footings to level the front part of the deck. Deck height from ground is only 1-1.5 metres and ground underneath is sloping. As mentioned up to 5 posts need to be reset.

Actually the holes are to put posts in for a hardwood water tank stand. The site is sloping, but has a flat approach, I would like the holes to be 200 mm x 200 mm (or 200 mm diameter if round) and 600 mm deep. I will have the drill positions marked out and the area cleared of vegetation. A bit worried about site access for a large machine, but something of the size of a mini dingo digger should get in OK.
Ground has been declared to be degraded shale. Tough to put a spade into but I think ok for a mechanical digger.
I would prefer work to be performed on a weekend but other times can be arranged.

100m2 deck approx. 0.5m above ground with a 4mx4m pergola at back of house
Deck around pool approx 10mx5m down the back and the same down the side. The deck is approx 0.5m off the ground and steps up to approx 1m off the ground in the back corner for 4mx4m which is where the pergola will go.

Deck around pool, approx 10m x 5m down the back and another 10m x 5m down the side. Approx 0.5m high, however the back corner needs to be stepped up slightly approx 1m from the ground. The stepped up area will be approx 4m x 4m and this is where the pergola is going.

3.6x4m deck appox. 2.2m above ground with roof at back of house
There is a currently a pine deck at the back of my house and I wish to replace this with a hardwood deck with metal posts and metal framing. The deck is approximately 2.2m above the existing ground. The size of the deck will be 3.6m along the back of the house extending out 4m (ie 3.6x4m). I have existing stairs from the previous deck which I would like to reuse. Wooden handrails are required around the deck and down the stairs and a wooden gate at the top of the stairs to prevent children from climbing over.
