Only appropriately licensed tradesmen who are able to provide the necessary compliance certificates and warranties should quote for this job.  all licensed tradesmen are solely responsible for quoting and carrying out works according to the relevant trade regulations and design criteria.  nb: this scope of works should be treated as a guide only, and the quoting tradesman is wholly responsible for the assessment and the rectification of the job. Bathroom rectification works  remove existing shower area to ensuite, including the base. This will necessitate disruption to the existing wet-area wall board / water-proofing and shower wall tiles.  ensure that shower screen, shower head and tapware is removed with due care and protectively stored to be later re-instated.  install compliant smart-pan adaptor waste to floor drainage with a new polymarble shower base which is correctly bedded and installed as per manufacturer’s directions and the relevant plumbing regulations.  re-instate walls of shower with matching wet-area wall board / water-proofing and equivalent shower wall tiles.  re-instate original tap-ware, shower head and shower screen.  supply a pic compliance certificate and appropriate building commission warranties. A specific and detailed quotation is required that itemizes all facets of the works being undertaken, along the lines of this scope of works.

We would like to turn our detached garage/shed into a rumpus room. We would like to leave a section at the front for garage use so would put in a wall with a door as entry to the rumpus room. The room would need to be insulated with some minor sound-proofing, walls and roof plastered, floor carpeted, tv, foxtel points installed, and a small bathroom as well. There are already lights and powerpoints inside however the power is not independant (currently we have to run an extension cord from the house) so we would like to have this done too.

We live in an original californian bungalow and require two internal walls to be taken out and a bi-fold door to be installed at the rear. All drawings and engineering already completed.
