Move the toilet forward from the concrete floor and gas fitting
Just to move the toilet 2 feet forward from the concrete floor and fill up the hole with cement. I will demolish the wall and get ready for the move of the toilet.
I also need to gas fit the cooktop and oven. New cooktop and old oven (already there but the gas pipe has been cut). Install the ventilation above the cooktop.

Water pump for Ecosac Rainwater Bladder need to be looked at
We have a " Ecosac" rain water bladder connected to two toilets The water pump (Downpower brand) keeps working for a long time after the toilet is flushed and re filled. There is no leak in the toilets or in the pipe. Do not know the reason why the pump keeps working for a a number of times after one flush. Also need the filter to be changed.
Also need quotation to connect more down pipe to this bladder.

Investigation and repair for low water pressure in 30 yr old brick home.
The water pressure is currently adequate and even throughout the home, however begins to fail when a few taps are in use simultaneously. CityWest Water suggested that it could be the main pipe leading to the house.

Water unit/Heater Valve not shutting off overflowing the litte tank
Hot Water and heating unit all in one it is a Hydrophonic Heater.
It has a little water tank at the top of the init holds normally a liter of water the valve sullpyng water to it wont close off it has a arm on it with a floater ball I tried bending the arm down a bit si it would close off dist not work need a replacement valave loosing water over night and all day.
