Jazzfit-tlc treadmill is making a noice every time the belt goes around

I have had a look myself to see what the noice is and it looks like the front roller is starting to de laminate wich is causing the noice as the belt go around it.

Need to buy 4 stove top, gas rings for a modern maid 750 regent gas stove

I live in darwin in the nt i have a old modern maid 750 regent but it is sturdy, reliable and a gem to cook with. i want to purchase 4 new stove top, gas rings/dispersers...unsure what they are called........i need 4 of the whole unit that fits over the gas outlet on the stove top. can you help? thank you.

Lofra stove/oven needs servicing

Our lofra appliance has a gas stovetop and oven with an electric grill.
The stovetop is not easy to regulate the temperature.
The oven does not evenly distribute heat therefore making baking and roasting almost impossible.
