COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN LEEDERVILLE, WITH SEVERAL COOLERS, NO LADDER REQUIRED AS ACCESS TO FLAT ROOF VIA ROOF HATCH.
Aircon Unit to be repaired is the Black/Grey Unit, its on the same level as you open the hatch and get onto the roof. One of the pump wires has come adrift.

Aircon has today stopped with error C6 , after power cycle will blow air for 10 minutes before returning to C6 erorr state.
Has happened previously, could be the same probel with a capacitor, yet none of them seem blown.
I'd much Prefer warrantee repairer, no response yet from LG support as yet (waiting on a callback).

Reset sometimes works for a lesser time.
Control Board replaced in unit some years ago- likewise solenoid.

A/C service guy has already gone up roof to diagnose the problem. He brought down the PC board which shows a burn out in the circuit.
The board is enclosed in a box which has the word "Tekelek" branded inside.
Label says:
Sensor T9A
Prod no 098 104
Serial no KF016443
Breezair unit is approximately 16 years old.
We need prices on this particular circuit board and the cost of installation (as separate quote lines).

Remove 2.75HP split system and replace with purchased 2.5HP split system air -con. External unit is raised on stand which is okay condition. We will probably remove internal unit ourselves as we need to paint walls.
