1. Check distribution board, and do general safety check on electrical wiring.
2. Remove existing freestanding electric stove power connection from cavity wall
3. Install new Double GPO for Fridge & Microwave on cavity wall
4. Add new power point to feed new built-in electric stove and gas hob on party wall
5. Provide wired but blank GPO for future over-hob extractor fan on party wall
6. Change existing single above counter GPO to double GPO
7. Replace existing old style telephone socket with new style telephone outlet
8. Add new wired but blank GPO outlet at floor level behind new kitchen cabinets on party wall. This is to enable two new double GPO points to be provided in the new kitchen bench units.
9. Add new double GPO at front door in cavity wall.
10. Fit new bulkhead light fitting (plus switch) to rear courtyard (light fitting supplied separately) on cavity wall
11. Fit new bulkhead light fitting (plus switch) to front courtyard (light fitting supplied separately) on cavity wall
A. Provisional: Install Earth Leakage safety switch if not present.
B. Provisional: If gas plumber adds gas bayonet to lounge area, a double GPO may be required in support.

Need to install a new 15amp power point for the spa. The power point will be located very close to the main switch board and can be external ext to the switch board or internal on the same wall as the switch board, which ever is cheaper.
