We are moving out and I require someone to do a general once over inside as we will be handing the keys over to new tennants - we are the owners so there is no need to clean for 'bond purposes'. There are three carpeted bedrooms, tiles in bathroom, kitchen and hallway and the rest timber floor boards which need a mop. A general wipe down of the bathrooms (one ensuite, one bathroom) and kitchen. Sweeping out the garage would be also needed. Walls, windows, light fittings, blinds, curtains, and exhaust fans DO NOT need to be cleaned. As I am unable to answer the phone during business hours either email or a clear voicemail message would be appreciated please.
