Our simple 4-step process:

Find services the intelligent way

Post a job & relax

When you post a job, we will guide you through the following steps:

  • What needs to be done
  • Where the job is located
  • When the job should start
  • Your approximate budget

Posting a job is easy. You can either post your job online or call 1800 SERVICE (1800 737 842) to speak to our friendly staff.

Remember you only provide your job details once and we do the rest for you.

Receive responses from providers

You will be contacted by Service Central via SMS or email within 24 hours if a provider that matches your criteria is available. Providers will then call you to arrange a time to visit and review the work that needs doing. Should this not happen, please contact 1800 SERVICE (1800 737 842) as our providers commit to contacting consumers within 24 hours of accepting a job.

Select the best match

Once you have met with the providers it is up to you to decide who is right for your job. You can view profiles of each of our providers on the website as well as consumer feedback and star ratings to help you make the right decision.

Share your experience with others

As you can see, feedback is critical to the Service Central experience. All you need to do is log in and provide feedback on each of your jobs. You can also provide feedback to our Contact Centre.

We are also keen to hear any feedback that you have on the Service Central experience. Your feedback ensures that we deliver the best possible experience for our users.

Extra features to make the process easier and more effective for you:

  • Create your own username & password.
  • By registering with Service Central you instantly create your own profile page which includes a history of your job postings. You can use this to recontact providers for future work.
  • If you post a job online, our Contact Centre staff will often follow up with a phone call to ensure that we have enough detail for our providers to decide whether they are able to do the job.
  • You can use either the Contact Centre or online to post a job so if you are having difficulty with the detail of your job listing, our trained staff can assist.
  • Our intelligent matching system is open 24 hours a day so feel free to post a job online, anytime.
