Have just moved into new 2 bed room medium sized apartment where the mains switch was turned off. Once the switch for the air conditioning unit switch was turned on, I went to turn on the unit at the control panel. It did not turn on. I changed the batteries, changed the programming instruction to "ON" but still not response. None of the lights on the panel came on and neither did the unit. Have also tried to switch off and on the unit at the main power board. Have also tried the same with the switch on the external unit [located in the balcony]. But no response.
