i have a number of small jobs that require doing. insert 4 tension hooks into the pergola to allow a square shade sail (already purchased) to be attached over the top. attach a hose reel to the house wall, attach a small hanging vase to the house wall. i require a couple of metal brackets to be attached to house wall to enable some folding outdoor chairs to be stored under the eaves. i also need a bathroom fan (which i have purchased) to replace the non working model. the power point in the ceiling and the cut out in the roof are already there...i just need someone to actually remove the old and replace with the new.
