it has been designed to the engineers specifications with specifications available to potentail builder.
manningham council will not issue permit unless builder is a registered building practioner.
no footings are required, however, reinforcement rods are required to be set 400mm into existing retaining wall as per engineer's design which is with manningham council.
dependent upon builder quoting, there may be additional work required below building area for re-design of garden structure including landscape re-shaping, and new concrete block retaing walls which is outside of our stated budget for the pool fencing
