1. Install new double powerpoint in loungeroom, to be on the same circuit as the bedrooms. There is already a powerpoint on the opposite wall in the loungeroom that is on the required circuit, if that helps. House is brick veneer, on posts, single storey, so access should be easy.
2. Rewire an existing powerpoint on the back verandah so that it is on its own seperate circuit (currently being fed from laundry). Further discussion may be necessary.

3. Replace existing switchboard/fusebox with modern version. Existing fusebox is the porcelain type. House is approximately 45 years old, and I have been told that I have an 80 amp feed into the house. May coincide with point 2 above for the outside powerpoint. Existing setup is two power meters, water heater timer, a day/night switch for the water heater, and fuses for 2x GPO circuits, 1x lights, 1x space heater, 1x stove, 1x water heater. There is also a seperate breaker box with two breakers for 2x air conditioners.
4. Supply and fit suitable safety switch.
